Terms and Conditions:
- When posting; we always retain a Certificate of Postage from the UK Post Office (Royal Mail); for Premium products we will send it with a Signature on the delivery side and may also use premium partners such as DHL/FedEx.
- If you specifically want us to use premium partners; please send us an email to set this up and adjust the delivery accordingly (mail@myonestopmarket.com).
- We're currently a small, family-run operation hence strive our best to provide the highest level of service we can - however in terms of returns etc.we have are constrained at this stage of our business development; hence we are unable generally to accept any returns. All items leave from our side in perfect condition, we package extremely well and use the best of mailing options (Royal Mail, DHL etc.). Some very exceptional cases can be looked at; please email us if this is on your mind (mail@myonestopmarket.com) however this will rarely be accepted due to the fact we're just a small family run business and cannot at this stage take responsibility for postage issues (which is why we only use the best of providers for logistics/delivery).
- We are unable to accept exchanges (e.g. you change your mind) for the mentioned reasons; thank you for your support and patience with us.
- If you have made a payment and change your mind - do contact us immediately. If we can return the item very easily; we will refund you. If the product is stuck with us; we are obliged to fulfill the order and dispatch the product. Also if your order has been already sent; we apologise that as a small, family-run operation, we cannot at least for now take items back only because the customer has changed their mind or placed an order inadvertently.
- If a product for any reason becomes unavailable from our supplier and we cannot provide it; we will contact you; you may have a full refund of course or decide to spend elsewhere on our store.
- If we are unable to fulfill an order due to any regulation restriction from the UK customs side; we will contact you; you may have a full refund of course or decide to spend elsewhere on our store
- Please do provide your address very diligently and we advise to always give us a contact mobile number for couriers locally
- We are unable to take any accountability for couriers in your country; we do advise being smart and not allowing them to charge you when they are prohibited from doing so.
- We have no knowledge or control of any customs issues on your side; we do of course check everything from our side before your order is sent. Please do diligently make checks before placing orders as once the order has been dispatched it is not our responsibility nor under our control.
Important Information:
- This website is managed by Musab Qureshi who is a Consultant from the UK (his work profile); he is a strict Muslim by religious faith. Traditional dropshipping is forbidden in Islam because the seller must have the physical product with them before accepting payment. Musab therefore setup this site base on the following model (by which the transaction becomes permissible for him as a strict Muslim):
- The money we take as payment is a "fee" with us for the service of carrying out the sale. The buyer pays on our website.
- If we have stock (we are going to move toward this model completely longer term); we fulfill the order.
- If we don't have stock, we use the money to procure the product and swiftly send it to our customer - most orders will be dispatched within 2 business days from our side.
- Hence by applying the above agreement - this transaction is permitted Insha Allāh (God Willing) as the payment is seen as a trust (or one can say "procurement service fee") under Islamic Law (where we then use stock or procure the item and send to to you swiftly).
